Emmaus Women’s Retreat
What a beautiful Emmaus Women’s Retreat it was. We are grateful for the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness that filled every moment of this powerful weekend, every heart that encountered Him through this community and family of St. Agnes.
Those who attended shared how truly incredible the experience was, a weekend of renewal and grace. A heartfelt thank-you to all who put so much care, time, and love into making this possible.
Effeta #15 Sending Off Mass
On Wednesday, we celebrated a special Sending Mass for the youth serving at the Effeta #15 Retreat this weekend.
May the Holy Spirit open their hearts and the hearts of all participants to hear God’s voice and encounter His transforming love. Let us keep them all in our prayers!
Come, Holy Spirit!
High School Youth Group Night!
Last Thursday we had a great night diving into trivia with the saints and reflecting on our universal call to holiness. We learned that the more we imitate Christ, the more we become who God created us to be.
Holy Matrimony of Gabriela Aurora Rodriguez and José Manuel Berenger IV
We rejoice with Gabriela and José Manuel as they celebrated the beautiful Sacrament of Holy Matrimony at St. Agnes. May the Lord bless their marriage with abundant grace, lasting joy, and a lifelong love rooted in faith.
Rectory Project Update - 10.17.25
The St. Agnes Rectory is coming together beautifully! The walls are painted, and the stained glass windows are now in place in the Chapel, filling the rooms with light and color.
We’re grateful for everyone’s continued prayers and support as we move closer to completing this new home for our priests.
8 Years of Adoring the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament
Dear St. Agnes Families,
Eight years ago, a small group of six young girls asked to gather on Monday nights to adore the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. What began as a humble desire to sing to Him has become something beautiful, a living tradition that continues to draw hearts closer to Jesus every week.
Congratulations, Alicia Poma!
Dear Parish Family,
It fills me with great joy to share that one of our own, Alicia Poma, a 4th-grade student at St. Agnes Academy, was named first runner-up in the inaugural “Why I Love My Village” essay contest here in Key Biscayne.

The construction of our new Rectory continues to make wonderful progress! Take a look at the “before and after” photos, what a transformation!
We thank all who have supported this project through prayer and generosity, and we ask you to continue praying for its successful completion.
Closing Mass – Men’s Emmaus Retreat
What a joyful and moving Closing Mass for the Men’s Emmaus Retreat! Hearts were renewed, faith was strengthened, and brotherhood filled the room.
May the flame of this encounter continue to shine brightly in their lives and in our parish community.
First Profession of Vows of SCTJM Brothers
We joined in thanksgiving for the First Profession of Vows of our Brothers from the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary (SCTJM), including St. Agnes Academy Religion teacher, Br. Juanmaria José of the Oblative Love of the Suffering Servant, SCTJM.
Walking Together Toward Holiness
This Sunday at the 10:00 AM Mass, our confirmandi will be introduced and presented to the parish community. We pray that their time of preparation may lead them to holiness of heart.
Meanwhile, the parents of our Confirmation and First Communion candidates have also begun their preparation meetings with Sister María José. Let us keep both parents and children in our prayers as they walk together in faith.
Middle School Youth Group #Remain Gathering
This week our middle schoolers came together for games, pizza, and fellowship. We reflected on what it means to be charitable, to grow in Christ-likeness, and how to remove the obstacles that block our view of God and His Cross.
Sending Blessing for the Men’s Emmaus Retreat #50
This week at Mass we celebrated the Sending Blessing of the servers for the Men’s Emmaus Retreat #50.
We ask you to keep in prayer all the servers and the caminantes (first-time retreatants) as they embark on this powerful encounter with Christ this weekend. May the Holy Spirit strengthen and guide them in this great mission.
High School Youth Group Launch
Last night we officially launched our High School Youth Group — Abide! We shared pizzas, got to know each other, and reflected on Pope Leo XIV’s words about how true friendship in Christ can change the world.
Thank you to all who came! May we continue to walk together, rooted in God’s Word, and be there for one another.
The Heralds of the Gospel at St. Agnes
What a beautiful Mass we shared with the Heralds of the Gospel in honor of Our Lady of Fatima!
The Crowning of Mary, the placing of the Holy Rosary upon her, and the traditional procession filled our parish with love and reverence for the Mother of our Savior.
A Joyful Witness at Our Family Mass
What a joy to see so many young faces serving as ushers at Mass! Their quiet service, humility, and dedication remind us that true greatness is found in giving of ourselves. These moments remind us that our parish is alive with faith, and that Jesus Himself is at the heart, drawing us all together.
